After earning a degree in behavioral health and becoming a licensed counselor, he worked as a behavioral health program developer and evaluator. Supporting universities across South Texas, Andy discovered his talent for creating impactful programs for hospitals, clinics, and nonprofits—often at less than half the cost of his university employers. Recognizing the opportunity to do more on his own terms, Andy planned and prepared to launch his own consulting firm. Today, he leads META Consultant, a behavioral health consulting company that has served community-based organizations for over 20 years, stretching from South Texas to Florida and California.
